Here's a chance to enjoy a week in Edinburgh and the Scottish Highlands next summer.

The winner of this competition plus a friend will join a small group (max 16) to take a boat trip with a local fisherman to spot seals and dolphins, sample his fresh catch, meet the local butcher and learn to make sausages. You will also go trout fishing, hike in the mountains of Skye and enjoy a night of live music in Plockton.

Gourmet break to Edinburgh includes: Friday evening (1 night B&B Edinburgh), Saturday departure for seven-day package including 6 nights B&B and 5 nights' dinner (one evening meal in Plockton Inn not included), Friday and Saturday B&B accommodation in Edinburgh. Accommodation will be provided in one room, twin or double. Package is available mid-May to mid-September 2010.

Transport to and from Edinburgh is not included
